We are doing our best to ensure baggage arrives with our passengers to their destination. Sometimes certain random events such as bad weather conditions, technical issues with baggage handling or torn baggage tag, may lead to baggage being delayed or missing.
If you are unable to trace your luggage upon arrival at your destination, you need to notify the lost and found department of TUS Airways handling representative. Respective department will initiate the search process and communicate to you any information about the missing luggage via emails, sms or call.
Passengers whose baggage has been delayed at more than 24 hours may be compensated for reasonable emergency expenses based on evidence (receipts), such as personal hygiene items, underwear, and daily emergency clothing. Compensation is provided only to passengers who are not permanent residents of the country of arrival and It is a deposit made to the passenger for the immediate expenses for the first 3 days without their luggage.
In the unfortunate event that the baggage is not found after 21 days from the date of the passenger's declaration, the bag will be declared as lost and the compensation settlement process with the passenger will initiate. The passenger can contact TUS Airways through email at firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim.
