If your baggage is damaged, you must, upon arrival at the destination airport and prior leaving the Baggage Claims arrival terminal, report it to the lost and found department of TUS Airways handling representative. You will need to have with you the damaged baggage and the baggage tag. You will need also to present your ID or Passport and your boarding pass.
Kindly be reminded that TUS airways undertake no liability for the loss/ damage/ delay of any valuables which are included in the passenger’s checked baggage, with or without the knowledge of the carrier involved e.g. liquids, perishable products, fragile items, or items such as money, credit cards, Jewelery, electronic equipment, medicals, medicines etc.
